Emerging Leader Program for Youth Career Direction
Today’s youth are experiencing
more pressure than previous generations due to the high cost of education and
the expense of living in most major cities. The
under-thirty generation is seeking a meaningful career, but is often paralyzed
by the multitude of choices. More important, they are stuck in a fog
of uncertainty and anxiety fed by a lack of direction.
Our Emerging Leader Coaching Package is designed to help those entering college or out of college and under 30 years of age. We begin with the renowned Highlands Ability Battery, designed more than 30 years ago and tested for reliability and validity, to determine the unique natural abilities that are major determinate of one’s satisfaction in a career.
How it Works
The battery is administered online and is followed by a two and ½ hour feedback session. That is followed by 3 months of career coaching to help identify fields for potential employment. That is topped off with expert resume and cover letter development and interview coaching.
At the end of this period, our young clients have keen awareness of their abilities, a field of focus for career development, and the tools necessary to present themselves effectively to potential employers.
